Permission
Peter has a lot of abilities that some would consider invasive. So in order to make sure I don't step on any toes, please look over the list and just give me a Yes or No on if it's okay for Peter to use them. You can also say "unsure" and I'll ask you again should it come up in a thread.
Empathy: Peter is able to actually feel other people's emotions. He currently has this dampened, but eventually I might bring it into RP.
Telepathy: Peter can hear people's thoughts and imprint thoughts onto others.
Illusions: Peter is able to create illusions. Usually these are small things like changing a person's appearance or making the viewer believe they're in another location.
